Implants are made from a biologically safe metal and are designed in various shapes and sizes to fit your individual needs.

How much do implants cost?
The costs vary according to the type of implant best suited for you. Generally speaking, the fees range from $1000 to 2000 per implant; however, you don't necessarily need an implant for each missing tooth.

How will I benefit from dental implants?

Is this procedure painful?
Most of our patients do fine with standard medications. Dr. Hazen has been performing implant placement for over fourteen years and is assisted by a certified dental assistant to ensure you receive a high level of safety and comfort.

How long do implants last?

When Dr. Hazen places your implants' we have every intention of them lasting you a lifetime. Our success rate over the years has excellent; however, there is no way we can predict occasional complications in a small percentage of patients.

Will dental implants work for me?

At the examination appointment, Dr. Hazen will do a thorough examination of your mouth to determine your dental needs. At this time, he can answer all your questions.

How long will this take?

Depending on your needs, time in treatment can range from 3 months to a year. Dr. Hazen will make sure you'll be able to function as normally as possible during this time, and you'll be able to wear your denture or partial.

Do you take payments?
We offer a discount for payment of the total treatment fee at the beginning of treatment; however, our office manager will be happy to discuss various payment plans that we have available when you come for your examination appointment.

How many visits will this take?

The number of visits will depend on the type of treatment you will need. Dr. Hazen will be able to answer this question after your examination appointment.

Do you do these procedures in your office?

Our office is fully equipped with all the equipment needed to handle implant placement skillfully. Dr. Hazen works closely with a surgical assistant to insure you a high level of safety and comfort. Rarely are there cases that require the implants be placed in the hospitals.

How long have implants been done?
Implants are not new to the dental field. Modern medicine began the procedure in 1948 and they have been perfected in the past two decades.

Will I ever be without my teeth?
Following the placement of the implants, you may wear your denture comfortably until the final teeth are placed.

Will my insurance cover the implants?
Many insurance carriers help with the fees required for implant dentistry. It depends on your particular insurance policy. Bring your insurance handbook in and we will be glad to have our insurance coordinator review it.
